Why I do what I do

The big question: WHY?

Have you ever asked yourself why you do what you do? Whether it’s a job, a career, a hobby, a task, or a goal, you gain a ton of insight into yourself when you can answer the why question.

After the birth of my daughter, I asked myself, Why am I here? What am I supposed to be doing? I felt this inner spiritual nudge to pursue the answer to those questions. The approach I took was to review my life. Where had I come from? Where had I been? Where did I think I was going? Yes, those two questions, led me to more questions. During that exploration process, I learned more about myself than I ever imagined. It was such an awesome process that I now incorporate these questions into my arsenal of tools when I help my clients figure out why they do what they do or why they think they want to go in one direction or another.

Focused and Grounded

Often times the why will keep you focused and usually helps you stay grounded and motivated in your journey. So if I answer the question, why do I do what I do, my answer is simply: My purpose is to encourage and help others live passionately and on purpose. That’s why I do what I do. In my quest, I realized that of all the things that I have done, listening to others and being a truly optimistic and encouraging person was the one common denominator in my life. It’s a great experience to have your passion revealed. Sign up for my Newsletter and get my FREE ebook…How to Reveal Your Passion in three easy steps. You’ll see exactly what I mean :-)

Be Encouraged, Be Blessed and most importantly…pursue and prioritize your passion.
